Baby - Under the Umbrella!

Ice production is down 95% in the Moore household, causing a critical shortage of cold beverages in the hot months of summer. Some speculate say the production shortage is due to a malfunction of their freezer's ice-makers but experts have not yet been able to corroborate this. In any case, ice levels have decreased rapidly over the past two weeks, and former ice stores have been quickly depleted. Says one resident of the Moore household, "I can't make cold drinks any more. If I want an ice cold glass of water, too bad. It's terrible, I don't know what I'm going to do." Some have resorted to other measures: drinking hot coffee in cold water's stead, or drinking juices kept cold in the refrigerator. Others have planned purchasing surplus ice from local vendors, and an even more radical plan to investigate the cause of and fix the ice-maker has been suggested. To date, none of these ideas have been implemented. And while the ice-maker goes on barely producing ice (much less than the average consumption level of ice,) the residents of the Moore household continue on, hot, and thirsty.
